However, the Mondelez Group decided to sue Zurich Assurances for refusing to pay damages after the harm caused by NotPetya (the insurance company claims the excluding clause of the contract for "hostile or war-related acts"). In this context, where the insurance perimeter is not clearly defined, shouldn't the CISOs question themselves on the role and the interest of cyber insurances?
